    Tai Chi is an ancient art of continuous movements selected to help build up stamina, strength, and self control over ones own body.
    The great thing about Tai Chi is that it doesn't require equipment, it's suitable for all ages, sizes, experience, and it can be done anywhere!
    Tai Chi is a moving meditation practice which has been proven to reduce stress levels.
    Some further benefits of Tai Chi include reductions in muscle tension, joint stiffness, improved elasticity of tendons and ligaments, and an overall increase of wellbeing.
