If you have already established osteoporsis that means that you have already some bone loss. The aim in management is to prevent further bone loss. Nutrition, exercise and medication/supplements play a huge role. Yoga itself will not provide relief, however as part of an exercise regime it can certailing add to flexibility, core strength and balance. This in turn can prevent falls - the main cause of osteporotic fractures.
