Tai Chi - great form of physical & mental exercise, that improves posture, flexability & strength. One of the greatest benefits I have seen in one of my members (post pneumonia) has been a faster recovery from illness and better breath control.

Tai Chi is based on enhancing the flow of energy through the meridians (that's Chinese Medicine speak). By moving energy through meridians you will help the body to function better in a number of ways as each meridian is responsible for movement of qi (that's energy flow) through the different organs.
Tai Chi can help you to feel more relaxed, energised and healthier in general.
