    Tips on managing vulvar cancer on a daily basis?

    I was recently diagnosed with vulvar cancer and have been experiencing fatigue a lot of fatique. Furthermore, I am very worried how this may affect my sexual relationship with my partner. What are some tips/advice for managing vulvar cancer?

    I think you should be taking advice from your oncologist. If you are having chemotherapy fatigue is guite often a side effect. You need to talk with your partner re your concerns and if neccessary you could have some couples counselling. Most oncology services have social workers who have experience in helping people with cancer manage their changing circumstances and relationships.
    Also most large cities have Caner Help Lines which can be a wonderful  telephone support
