Sjogren's Syndrome. ...leads to dry mouth. Dry mouth means missing out on all good salivary function. ..mostly the neutralisation of acids produced by bacteria. ..that causes very aggressive smooth surface caries involving many teeth in the same period of time. ..prescription fluoride tooth paste with tooth mousse plus helps in controlling the cavities along with good diet and oral hygiene practice...needs regular check up and monitoring the condition by dentist
