Benzol peroxide face wash used daily is the best way to prevent acne. If used regulary the pimples stop appearing after about 6 weeks in most people. If this does not work for you then see a dermatologist as there are very effective treatments for acne available with a prescription.

There are no dietry or lifestyle measures that will reliably help prevent acne, however if you have found something that makes your acne worse- avoid it!
