    Firstly, what are your symptoms? What types of foods cause these symptoms and have you been to see your doctor about getting a coeliac serology test to confirm that you have coeliac disease? I can help you if I have a little more detail.

    Yes, your symptoms will go away on a strict gluten free diet if you have Coeliac Disease.

    I agree with Chris though, it's important to be properly diagnosed with Coeliac Disease first before embarking on a strict gluten free diet.
