Age and lifestyle factors are implicated in lots of conditions. It is important to maintain a healthy weight by eating a varied and balanced diet, have regular exercise, manage stress and be actively involved in your own ‘good health’ promotion. By this I mean, being informed, attending to symptoms/or changes early, having regular Pap smears, practicing safe sex, and by not uing harsh or perfumed products that can adversly affect  the skin in the vulval region.
