What is the best treatment of Restless Legs Syndrome?

I think i have restless leg syndrome and wondering what treatment is available for it? I'd like to look into non medication options and lifestyle changes to help improve my condition.

Restless legs symptoms are also made worse by immobility, so movement such as walking or pacing and massaging the limbs can be helpful. It is important to discuss restless legs symptoms with your general practitioner (GP) as medical conditions, such as iron deficiency or anaemia can cause restless legs symptoms.
