    Sleep Apnea can obviously lead to excesive daytime fatigue and poor concentration or poor work performance. However sleep deprivation has also been associated with chronic health problems such as obesity, diabetes and high blood pressure. 

    Speak to your GP about how to best manage your sleep apnea.
