    As you age it is important to continue to do weight-bearing exercises, which include weights and strength exercises to maintain your bone density and muscle mass. It is also important to continue brisk walking outdoors. Walking is essential in maintaining your quality of life as you age. You should aim to do exercise most days of the week.
