    Back from holidays means back into a healthy routine....

    I always find that when I am on holiday, not only does my body relax from the day to day grind of normal busy life but I left my diet relax too which means over indulging and eating foods and things which I most certainly dont eat at home…. I find that since you are in a relaxed mindframe, you relax about what you eat….. waffles for breakfast, hamburger and chips by the pool, ice cream after dinner, not to mention cocktails! It's only when you get home into your normal routine that you realise how differently you eat! Thankfully i tried to balance it with some form of physical activity every day…….. now it's back to reality and back to healthy eating of salads, delicious summer fruits, healthy protein like fish and wholegrain breads and cereals!
