  • Q&A with Australian Health Practitioners

Is it normal to sometimes feel like a spectator in conversations?

    Related Topic
I've always been shy and reserved with little social skill, but I recently noticed that when I am listening to a conversation that I could engage in I tend to forget that I'm living the moment. I feel like I'm just listening to a podcast or a video of people discussing a topic. I also get surprised when I'm talked with, in these circumstances, I don't understand how people can see me when I'm not present in the scene and it's really confusing in the first seconds.
