Egg retrieval after tubal ligation and ablation

I am 38 years old and had a tubal ligation and ablation 5 years ago. My periods stopped immediately after the procedure. I have recently had my hormones tested and they show I have not gone into menopause yet. My question is, is my body still producing eggs that are viable for retrieval? Or because of the procedures and no period, has my body stopped producing eggs? -
