So I had braces for about three years, and recently my retainer broke causing my teeth to shift. One tooth shifted forward, making the two neighbouring teeth shift towards it as well. When I put the broken one in it slightly brings it closer but not perfect.
Would a replacement retainer fix this, and if I had to get a new one, can they just alter the retainer despite the teeth shift?
