    Jaw Surgery

I have a small upper jaw, due to which I feel lots of pressure & pain in my front teeth, an improper bite, unusual face structure. I had opinions with 3 orthodontists but some said I need surgery, but some has given advice that just braces or Invisalign can fix my bite. I was really frightened about getting surgery & opted for Invisalign. Now, I have already started my treatment but not getting the proper results & now looking to consider jaw surgery option.

Really appreciate if anyone can help me with below:

    1. Can Orthognathic or jaw surgery be done with Invisalign?

    2. How much is the approx. cost? Will it be covered with Medicare?

    3. Is there a suitable age?

    4. Does the surgeon require a referral, or you can directly go see them?
