The World Health Organsiation Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said he believes containment of the virus is possible and should remain a priority for all countries. As countries focus on case finding, contact tracing and minimising public gatherings etc., these measures will all certainly contribute to containment, with hope that a vaccine becomes available within the next 12 months.
