Which type of alopecia do I have?

I don't appear to have any hair loss within my family as an east Asian (grandpa, grandma included). I am experiencing recession of my hairline, thinning of the scalp and some hair loss in the pubic region. If it were androgenic alopecia there would be no bodily hair loss.
What type of hair loss is this and is it treatable/reversible? -
