I've bought a DHA-focused fish oil for my pregnant wife as I heard that DHA during pregnancy is beneficial for the infant's brain. However, my wife is reluctant to take it because she heard that taking fish oil is not safe, and also redundant as she already takes a pregnancy multi-vitamin (Elevit).
Is this true? It is hard to tell by searching online because some says DHA is good for pregnancy and some other says it's bad.
I would really appreciate if someone makes it clear for us.
Thanks in advance for your advice!
I have never got my period regularly. When getting it investigated was told that my body doesnt release the eggs but that is normal. How do i know what my chances of ever having children are.
