Red pimply sores under arms and in groin

My son is 6 years old and has tiny red pimple like rash under both his arms and in his groin. They are not boils or full of pus. A biopsy was done and came back positive for Golden Staph. It does get quite itchy and I have tried antibiotics and keeps coming back. I am worried it will get infected, what else can I do? -
