Is there another medication in the same family as mertazapine

I have had anxiety for around 5 years and have taken pristiq, prozac and mertazapine at different times. Mertazapine seems to do the job as it is calming however i put on 10kg in one month and had to stop taking it. I went back to pristiq however it is no longer doing the job. Is there another drug in the same family ad mertazapine without the weight gain side effect? I have had bypass surgery and anxiety triggers Afib so i have to get this under control. Regards steve -
