Hi, I am a 48-year-old male that run's approximately two times a week. I noticed my average heart rate is 180 while still being able to talk, and as high as 200 if I push. Resting HR is about 55. Have had an Echocardiogram and ECG - all come back fine. If I do the sums my peak HR for age should be 172. Should I still be concerned?
