Should I see a gynaecologist or endovascular surgeon?

8 years ago I started having pain in my lower left groin area. I saw a gyno as I have had ovarian cysts and calcification in the past. I had a laparoscopy, and they found pelvic congestion syndrome in all veins in my pelvic region but the doctors said there was nothing they could do. Last year I had my left ovarian vein coiled but it did not relieve my pain. I am now in constant pain and certain foods trigger it, but I have also seen a gastro doctor to rule out celiac disease etc and it was all clear. I was wondering, do I find a gyno that can help or an endovascular surgeon who can get the rest of the veins coiled and see what happens? The pain gets unbearable at times, and I can barely move out of bed. I don't know what to do.
