Itchy back and scalp

Intense itching, typically worse at night and after a hot bath or shower. My GP diagnosed me with scabies. Did Lyclear treatment twice.However, intense itching persists at night. It has been 3 weeks now and no one in the house seems to be infected. Blood reports are all normal. The rash is more widespread now and I have big pink patches on my back. -
