How hard is it to conceive with no thyroid?

I was born without a thyroid and have been on thyroxine since I was born. How hard would it be for me to conceive and have a healthy pregnancy?

The good news is that thyroid replacement is excellent. If you have no other hormonal conditions then I dont see there should be a problem. Unfortunately some couples have trouble conceiving, but I dont see that you would have any more or less chance of getting pregnant than someone else. During pregnancy your thyroid replacement will need to be watched and adjusted.
