Cervical cancer? Heavy bleeding, brown/watery discharge, abdominal pain

I have had extremely heavy periods for past 5 months with soaked pads, visible clots, constant brown/watery discharge leaking from my vagina. I have already done pelvic and transvaginal ultrasound, however, there was nothing wrong with my endometrium or uterus. I have already been tested for unusual pregnancy and for hormones and bacteria via swab. All tests show nothing is wrong. However, my cervix has not been checked as doctors have not yet seen the need. I am extremely concerned and have been suffering from multiple panic attacks as a result. I would very much like some answers, please. -
