Why am I gaining "flab" while eating healthy and exercising regularly?
I have been eating no sugar (1 piece fruit per day), no processed food, no coffee/alcohol, vegetable carbohydrate, no grains, small amounts of dairy and good fats. I and exercise 5/7 days per week, moderate to high cardio - running/walking 5/7 days. Strength weight training 3/5 days and yoga once a week. I have been putting on soft weight around my stomach and love handles, and have gone up a size.
