Can laser help with vaginal dryness difficulties?

    Related Topic
I am 65 years of age and fed up with vaginal dryness, both internally and externally. After suffering a PE a few years ago (without hospitalisation and 3 months on Warfarin) it was recommended that I discontinue HRT. Following this, I have endured the frustration and discomfort of vaginal dryness. After the PE, the doctor suggested using Vagifem pessaries once a week but, although it helped somewhat, did not resolve the problem. I then purchased "Replens" vaginal moisturiser to use in combination with Vagifem. Unfortunately, if I forget to use these products or to replenish my stock, I am back to square one. I am desperate to find another answer to this embarrassing problem as I wish to continue having an active sex life but am hindered by this consistent dryness. Because of my age, I realise there may be no long term solution but am hopeful there may be a laser which could alleviate the dryness to some extent.
