Can a sleep centre help me with nocturnal bruxism?

I practise weekly meditation, take magnesium and moderately exercise. When I am in a deeply restful meditative state I still clench my jaw. Other than special splints, can a sleep clinic help?

Nocturnal bruxism is multifactorial. Some may be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnoea, in which case ask your GP if you have any risk factors for sleep apnoea. However, managing sleep apnoea may not cure nocturnal bruxism completely if it's due to other causes.
