Do I Need A Biopsy For A Lipoma?

I have what has been ultrasound as two small breast lipomas with normal fibroglandular tissue. I saw one specialist who said it was fine and didn't need a biopsy. My doctor isn't happy with this and she is pushing for the completion of a triple investigation. She has referred me to another specialist for a second opinion. Do I need the second opinion/biopsy. Specialist said to have repeat U/S in a year. The results of the ultrasound are as follows: The left breast contains normal fibroglanduar tissue at 2 o'clock in the region of the palpable lump. There is a 10 x 7 x 4mm echogenic area noted in the fatty tissue at 2 o'clock 5cm from the nipple which possibly represents a small lipoma. Although this isn't mine, my lipoma on the ultrasound looks very much like this one in consistency. https://www.google.com.au/search?q=lipoma+without+biopsy&biw=1366&bih=667&tbm=isch&source=lnms&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiLi6nU-fjLAhWiLKYKHdNHCt8Q_AUIBygC#tbm=isch&q=lipoma+breast&imgrc=ZkWA42W19zl1KM%3A
