Bifasicular Heart Block Young Patient - should I be concerned?

I'm a young, 25 year old, healthy male diagnosed with bifascicular heart block (left anterior, and RBBB) 1.5 yrs ago after an ECG for palpitations. I saw a cardiologist 1.5yrs ago who performed stress echo, 24 hour ECG and blood tests and said all were normal (apart from the block). I haven't been given any treatment and my cardiologist wasn't able to say why I have the block. Since then (and prior to) I regularly have skipped beat palpitations. Today I had what felt like a fast and strong heart beat after getting up from the bathroom that lasted only for 2 seconds, but then my heart rate stayed about 100bpm for the next 5 minutes, gradually reducing back down to 80. Should I be worried about my condition or is my cardiologist right that there is nothing to worry about?
