What can I do about the lumps found on the scalp but nowhere else, getting larger?

I discovered a lump on my scalp about 5 cm inside the hairline. At first I thought I may have hit my head, but the lump didn't go away and has in fact gotten larger. I have now found 2 more lumps on my scalp. They are solid, slightly spongy lumps that while not painful are still sensitive Is there anything I can do about them? -
