Chest Tightness Left Side, Is it heart related?

I am 34 years old, with normal levels of Cholesterol, blood sugar, Thyroid, Folate, Vit B12, Triglycerides, Iron, Sodium, Calcium. Although my Vit D level is 28. I feel very tired and depressed, with no motivation. I feel a very weird feeling (chest tightness) on the left side (ribs). I don't feel pain in my left arm, although my arms feels very tired and sore. My BP is always normal since I have had this issue. My weight is 75kg with height 168cm. I have limited physical activity, do not smoke or drink. I feel bloating and gas after dinner. My GP ordered CPK and troponin, which are normal. ECG is normal. I want to know if this is heart related? or it may be due to my stomach not digesting well?
