How can I help my son who is addicted to Marijuana?

Hi all, My son is 15 and is addicted to Marijuana. He doesn't think so. He smokes a bag daily and if he doesn't have it daily then he smashes the house up, smashes anything up to tell you the truth, threatens everyone, is violent physically and verbally, he will go into the street and smash things. Our house is like a war zone with the amount of holes in the walls. I am to blame as well because I enable him as 95% of the time I give him the money to buy it otherwise he will steal it and like I said if he doesn't have it all hell breaks loose. I am at a loss as to what else to do with him. He won't go to speak to anyone about it. We have had the police involved since he was 10 and they can't do anymore. He has been to court numerous times and they have never been able to help. I really don't know what else to do I can't kick him out he is my son. But he really is a threat when he doesn't have the stuff....
