Should I seek a second opinion regarding androgen blood test?

23 year old male, previous history of GORD for which taking nexium 20mg daily.

I recently visited my GP regarding a history of approximately 3 months of fatigue.
I sleep well, have a good diet and take regular exercise. I was negative to depression screening questions.
She ran bloods, which showed normal biochemistry, FBC, iron studies, folate and B12 and inflammatory markers.
Next androgens were tested (an 8AM sample) which came back with testosterone 10.7 nmol/L and LH 3 IU. GP says that is within normal range so cannot be that, fatigue must be due to stress.

I have done some further research and indeed the reference range for testosterone is 8-30 nmol/L . However, I have significant evidence to believe that a level of 10.7 nmol/L is low for someone of my age and in many international guidelines this level is considered hypogonadal for ageing men (i.e. 60+).

My question is, should I get a second opinion and perhaps an endocrinology referral, or is this nothing to worry about.
