Sea Buckthorn seed oil interact with SRI?

Recently I bought Sea Buckthorn seed oil.I thought it would be very safe. Micro-nutrients, etc.

To my surprise, I discovered a mention of seratonin as an ingredient.
As I am on Sertraline 100mg/day, and have been struggling with major financial stress, I am starting to relapse into depression and fatigue.

Could it possibly be that this Supplement is making it worse?

You need to discuss that with either your GP or your psychiatrist. They should ask you if you are currently taking any supplements or other medication that may affect the use of another medication.

    I agree with Beulah.

If you are concerned about your diet (“micro-nutrients”) I suggest that you ask your GP to give you a referral to a registered dietitian. If you would rather not do that then this searchable site is a good place to start: http://daa.asn.au/ .

A dietitian will be able to offer you helpful advice.
