    Have my breasts stopped growing?

    Im 16, and my breasts are small. I've heard that 16 is the final stage of breast development and i am turning 17 in May next year. Have my breasts stopped growing? if so how can i increase the size?

    Hello and thank you for your question.

    It is quite variable when breasts stop growing and the best judgement is when you have not noticed any chnages in increased size of the breast after about one year.  Now breast will continue to change in size with your mentral cycle adn they will also increase in size if you put on a large amount of weight and reduce in size if you lose weight.

    There is not a great deal you can do to increase the size as it is dependent on genetics, hormones and your body physique.
