    Why am I getting bowel spasms?

    Following bowel cancer surgery nearly 3 years ago I have been experiencing bowel spasms over the last 3 months one attack so severe I was sweating and it caused explosive vomiting. I am concerned about this and would like some guidance.

    I am sorry to hear about the problems you are having with bowel spasms. This certainly sounds like something you should speak to your doctor about as it is not usual to be experiencing these symptoms.
