Hydration is good for all conditions, but particularly atrial fibrillation, so yes. It's what people are well advised to maintain good levels of hydration in atrial fibrillation, and as with any condition, staying hydrated just helps performance in general. As it's well known, as little as one percent dehydration can affect anybody's ability to exercise.
