How do I stop long-term laxative abuse?

I was wondering how to get off using laxatives for years - nearly 20 years. My bowels do not move if I do not use them. I use Senna tablets - about 25 a day. I increase my fibre and drinks more than 4 Litres of water a day and still constipate if I do not use Senna. Is it Ok to continue?
