There are number of methods to quit smoking cigarettes. Yet, the most important thing is that the person have to ‘WANT’ to quit cigarettes. I believe anyone can quit smoking if they really want to. No one is addicted to nicotine. when we explain why people smoke it is very easy to quit. Most people don't know why they smoke. Smoking is a habit governed by your subconscious mind. Habit can be changed with repitition.
