The symptoms of Rosacea will not “go away over time”. In fact they generally worsen with age and adult activities and life styles. You can however lessen the symptoms with the help of medical grade skin care from a dedicated skin health professional. Medical grade vitamin B and  vitamin C should be used initially to help to strengthen the skin. This can be a slow process with Rosacea, but with the right products and advice, you will see a differnec in a couple of months. Once you have strengthened your skin with these products, medical grade vitamin A will be introduced. Of course exposing yourself to the  triggers that worsen your Rosacea (spicy food, heat etc) will always  result in a flush, but the symptoms can definitely be reduced with the right advice and skin care. Dr McGovern and the team at Vie Institute have been helping Rosacea clients for the past 15 years. If you would like help with your Rosacea please call us on 18000 80001 within Australia
