    Thanks

A trip to the dentist can whiten your teeth in the quickest time possible, thanks to the application of a high-concentration peroxide gel by your dentist or dental technician. Some in-office procedures involve follow-up appointments for patients with especially persistent stains, or they may involve follow-up with whitening trays for home use.Traditionally, in-office whitening is the most effective route to go. Many dentist’s offices offer reduced cost  teeth whitening with a new patient exam.  .
There are different whitening methods using special lamps . Some whitening methods use a laser . Newer tooth whitening procedures with lamps or laser do not even use a bleach but are still very effective  useing alternative substances to bleaches or peroxides .
Please consult your dentist .  A take home whitening kit , after your procedure is completed is offered by your dentist ( to maintain the good colour over the longer term ) (usually free or cost inclusive )

The quickest method is the method which has the highest amount of either hydrogen peroxide or carbon bio peroxide which is the bleaching agent causing teeth to whiten. There are some things that you can buy over the counter which unfortunately don't have enough active ingredients in order to make a noticeable difference (this includes whitening toothpaste and mouthwashes). Whitening strips can also be purchased over the counter and are decent.

However, the best method is to either have dental trays made or to have it done at the dentist (higher percentage of the whitening agent). At the dentist, you lie in the chair for approximately 1.5 hours and your teeth are whiter.

These methods are safe, assuming that you use them appropriately and as directed. You don't want it hitting any part of your gums too hard and that's why when you use the toothpaste and mouthwash they actually can't have a very high acting agent because that part of the products touch your gums. In chair whitening and when we make dental trays we make sure that we close the gums off so that there's minimal risk of the whitening agent touching the gum areas (your gums can burn – the worst that can happen!)

At home whitening kit with custom made mouthguards by a dentist. This is a gradual process achieving results over 2-3 weeks. It is the safest technique and not harsh on enamel like one visit techniques.

The quickest method to bleach your teeth is to use the highest concentration of a peroxide based whitening system. This is usually available from your dentist. However the higher the concentration the greater the likelihood of teeth sensitivity to temperature changes in the mouth.

Application of the material to the teeth can take the form of in office bleaching -bleach gel applied on your teeth whilst you are at the dentist or take home application-custom fitted plastic trays made to house the bleach gel and you use this at home.

The safest method to bleach your teeth is with a prescibed bleach gel from your dentist. The lowest concentration which will provide results over several applications is the safer method of bleaching your teeth.

I use the whitening kit from here https://pearlywhites.com/products/professional-teeth-whitening-system . It's amazing. I was worried about sensitivity but they provide a desensitisation gel. My friend paid over $400 to ger hers done at the dentist and mine are better!
