Losing weight is hard work

Consider what is on yourplate, not just the type of food but also the quantity of it. You might be surprised to learn how much you are eating in a ‘normal’ meal – it could be a great deal more than you realise.
Sometimes we feel that we are doing everything correctly in terms of eating and exercise and still no
shedding the calories. You are eating/drinking more than your body needs!
Keep your portions small and don’t pick or snack.
Find a form of exercise you enjoy and try to fit it in around your schedule. Remember – any exercise is better than none at all. You can feel drained after a hectic day, but it is just mental tiredness – not physical. It does not mean you cannot go for a walk or a swim or a bike ride. In fact being active will revitalise you!
A workout does tons for you: Improves your mood and help you overcome negative feelings (via endorphins)- you feel good! Help you concentrate better. Make weight control easier. Sleep better.Exercise – do it, don’t watch it!
