    As with any surgery, there are risk factors that need to be considered before deciding to undergo a medical procedure. Because revision knee replacement surgery is longer and more complex than a standard knee replacement it has a greater risk of complications. This all needs to be consider prior to making any decision.

    Poor wound healing

    Reduced range of motion / stiffness in knee

    Infection

    Blood Clots

    Bleeding

    Bone fracture during surgery

    Damage to nerves, ligaments, bloody vessels & tendons
