My son did a keto diet to shred what little fat he had to better show his muscles. He now has very low testosterone, with latest blood test recording total at 66 ng/dl (I believe a lower limit of 300 applies) and free at 86. He has symptoms of low energy, lack of libido, and as can be imagined, when he should be peaking as an 18-year-old, he is not near. Is testosterone by injection the only real option?
