I have had BPH (enlarged prostate) for years. At age 65 a recent ultrasound showed a huge increase to 186 mL volume and enlargement of the median lobe. I am basically functioning OK with typical slow emptying of the bladder, 4-5 times a night.
I was about to have the Urolift procedure but feel this may now be an unsuitable procedure. Any advice about Urolift or other non-invasive procedures before I see a urologist?
