How long till i recover fully from removal of a thoracic meningioma?

It's been around 6 months since my spinal surgery to remove this, & i'm wondering if you can tell me, how long is the recovery period of this. I've had to give up on my job as an aged care nurse, & still having stiffness, mobility issues, lifting issues & balance. I'm also getting treated my physios, & exercises myself. Is there anything else I can do to help return to normal, if there is ever normal. Thanks -
