My penis foreskin is very dry and hurts when I pull it back. I notice fine cuts on the foreskin of my penis and that part of it is very dry. When I get erections or urinate and pull back the skin, that part of the skin really hurts. I do have a partner and we do have sex regularly. What type of doctor should I see and what cream should I use to help it heal up quicker? -
