How can I bottle feed a baby with tongue tie (ankyloglossia)?

Hi, My family foster children and have just got a baby with ankyloglossia, she appears to be unable to coordinate swallowing with sucking and when she does suck she coughs and chokes.

She is six months old and was one month premature, the frenulum appears to run along to just behind the apex of the tongue tip. She is being fed via bottles and formula. Her size is in the 3rd percentile for her adjusted age.

We have no details as to what/how she should be fed but she has apparently been diagnosed with CHARGE syndrome pending chromosonal results.

Are there any tips on what may help with feeding her?
